Chief Finance Officer

Job Description:

The Prime responsibility is to lead and manage the Accounting & Finance Department, defining, developing and implementing plans, policies and procedures to meet the need of the business.

A clear headed Finance Professional having expertise in driving efficiency and productivity through evaluation of financial management systems and implementation of process improvements to achieve overall corporate goals and objectives.

Key roles & Responsibilities.
1. Handling of all financial reporting of the company and ensuring compliance requirements under the regulatory framework.

2. Looking after the affairs of financial projections and strategies for the upcoming business.

3. Supervision and finalization of annual and monthly financial statements and solvency statements as required by IFRS and national laws.

4. Having the knowledge and understanding of current taxation scenario (Direct & Indirect taxes) in order to cover the risk / exposure of pricing factor.

5. Acting as a Liaison between lawyers, tax consultants and governmental authorities.

6. Capability for preparation of budgets and cash Flows should be able to come up with different options for project financing.

7. Analyzing feasibility reports against actual numbers should be able to come up with improvement plans and strategy.

8. Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-optimization.
