Job Description:

• Review all RFP and tenders contractual clauses to understand the implications for project delivery and compliance issues in highly complex and deep analytical environment.
• Negotiate and draft all agreements, third party work / consulting agreements, NDA’s, and contingent plan agreements, maintenance / contract agreements,
• Highlight the deviations between the client’s terms and conditions and our organization patterns.
• Turned the conflicted terms and condition of the contracts & agreements in liaison with management and make them viable for both parties through strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Prepare budget templates for proposal efforts per the RFP requirements
• Work with project staff to develop budget estimates for new projects and maintenance agreements including but not limited to estimating labor costs, assigning labor categories, and estimating on delivery costs
• Review final budgets for project and analyze proposals to ensure profitability
• Lead development/assembly of documentation required in government proposals
• Draft all contract documents including memos necessary to execute contracts and contract modifications.
• Maintain appropriate contract files
• Set up contracts as per the cost centers and budgets.
• Ensure project compliance with all contract terms and any external regulations
• Monitor and track upcoming contract actions and deadlines
• Serve as the point of contact for the client contract official, responding to requests and resolving any identified issue
• Prepare project billings for all contracts on a monthly basis
• Arbitrates claims or complaints during and after the completion of projects.
• Monitor and keep the record of ongoing contracts, new projects, maintenance contract timelines, cost centers, profitability and expiry & renewal of contracts.
• Monitor subcontractor expenses to ensure they do not exceed the scope of work
• Monitor other project expenses to ensure they are consistent with the budget
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue accounts
